Macanudo was first manufactured in Jamaica in 1868 and is now made in both Jamaica and the Domincan Republic. The blend of tobaccos is the same for both countries and therefore it is nearly impossible to differentiate between their countries of origin. The filler is composed of a mixture fo Jamaican, Dominican and Mexican tobacco; the binder from Mexico and the wrapper is Conneticut Shade. These cigars are handmade and consistently excellent quality. Consistently mild and pleasant, with exceptional construciton - and our prices are at wholesale! Well-constructed using Dominican and Mexican filler and Connecticut shade wrappers, Macanudo has a great reputation for quality. In fact, it is the top selling cigar in the world. |
