Denzel's Meat Rub Seasoning

It's almost like a blackening spice. Ya just smear it on ribs, steak, chicken, fish or any other kind of meat. Rub it in good and let it sit for a while, like a marinade. Overnight is awesome, but if you only have a minute, that's ok too. . Probably even makes tires taste good.

Ingredients: Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper, Brown Sugar, White Pepper, Thyme, Oregano, Basil and Cumin.

Denzel's Peaches and Scream
For quite some time people have been asking me to make a fruit based hot sauce. Peaches were an obvious choice for me because up here in BC we can always get good quality, locally grown peaches. This sauce is milder than most of my habanero sauces, but it does have a bit of heat to it. It's kind of a delayed reaction sort of thing. Sweet and peachy at first, then about 5 or 6 seconds later you get that pleasant wave of habanero induced heat and the endorphine rush that goes with it. That little bit extra is free of charge.

Denzel's Kamikazi Sauce
Jim, a friend of mine that owns a resturant called Tastebuds, asked me to make an Asian type sauce for him. He gave me some ginger, and I added a little sesame oil to a habanero mash, and WOW did it taste good! Blake was toying with the idea of a oriental label and basically had it finished before I even started making the sauce, so everything came together quite quickly. Like you'd expect, it's real great in stirfrys. It's intense flavours help us to win 3rd place in the international food competition held in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Denzel's Gourmet Jalapeno

This is really tasty stuff. It's not really very hot, but the flavor of the jalapenos really comes through. The jalapenos are smoked with cherry wood for about a day, and that adds a real uniqueness to the taste. It's really great on grilled things like sausages, hot dogs or hamburgers or even tomato juice.

Denzel's Gourmet Habanero

This sauce is very similar to what you would find on any kitchen table in the Caribbean. It's hot, but it's darn good. Great on just about anything, but especially good on food with little or no flavor like rice or potatoes. Goes great with mexican food.

Made In B.C., CANADA!

Ingredients: Vinegar, Onions, Habanero Peppers, Garlic, Salt, Basil.

Denzel's Fire Hazard

Due to popular demand, Denzel broke down and made a really, really, really, hot sauce. Twice as much habanero and extra habanero powder is added during the cooking stage. The flavor is uncompromised even though this stuff looks like it'll burn ya. MADE IN CANADA - B.C. actually!!.

Ingredients: Vinegar, Habanero Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Salt, Basil.

Denzel's Dangerous Goods

Denzel roasts the habanero along with an obscene amount of garlic under high heat. Even experienced chiliheads can appreciate the heat level, so you've gotta be careful. The flavor makes it worth the pain. This one is really tasty in soups, stews, chili and sauces, or straight up on pizza. MADE IN CANADA.

Ingredients: Vinegar, Onions, Habanero Peppers, Garlic, Salt, Basil.
