Alec Bradley got creative when designing their unique Burner lighter. Modeled after a Bunsen Burner,  it produces a consistent and reliable large flame.  To use, simply twist the handle to release the butane, then press the ignition button.  The flame will stay burning until the fuel is turned off.  A great table top lighter that makes passing around amongst friends a joy.
