Lorenzetti is an Italian pipe maker renown for their quality pipes that quite often come in at a reasonable price. The Emperor Series is made up of 5 different finishes, each named after a Roman emperor.
The Nero finish features a deep rustication, loosely reminiscent of the pattern found on a pine cone. The #27 is remarkable for it's flat bottom that allows the pipe to sit upright when balanced. A touch of smooth surface detailing around the bowl nicely contrasts the rusticated finish.
They are able to accommodate a 9mm filter, but if you prefer to smoke filter-less, an airway flow reducer is included.
