Where do we ship to?
Everywhere! We're happy to ship to a wide amount of locations around the world.
When will my order be processed?
We'll start working on your order right away during business hours. Orders received after 3 PM Pacific Time will be processed next day. If there are any issues with fulfilling your order you'll be contacted right away.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped same day, but all orders are usually shipped within 2 business days, excluding any issues, after your order is received.
Who do you ship with?
We use Canada Post as our default postal carrier. Orders are sent using custom or flat rate box Expedited service (within Canada). Expedited Service typically offers the same shipping times as the Xpress Post service.
What will shipping cost if I live in Canada?
We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for certain products. Large humidors, for example, have a higher shipping rate. This will be visible at checkout.
If you live in our home province of British Columbia rates are as follows: Free shipping on orders over $200. $10 Shipping Fee for orders ranging between $100 and $200. $17 shipping fee applies for orders below $100.
For the rest of Canada the rates are as follows:
Free shipping on orders over $200. $10 shipping fee for orders ranging between $100 and $200. $20 shipping fee applies to orders below $100.
Items will be sent using Canada Posts' Expedited shipping service in custom or flat rate box.

What will the shipping cost be for USA or International Orders?
At this time, we are unable to ship certain items internationally. Cigarettes and other items are unavailable for international sale.
For USA:
If your order total is over $400 CAD (before shipping cost) we will ship it to you for free. If your order total is under $400 (before shipping cost) there will be a $25.00 shipping cost.
Some exceptions apply.
Items will be shipped out using Canada Post and will be delivered to you by United States Postal Service.
For Other International Orders:
Shipping costs can vary widely country to country and will be determined based on location the order is being shipped to. A Standard rate of $65.00 will be applied to your order at checkout.
If shipping exceeds this amount you may be required to pay the additional shipping costs before your order is completed.
Free shipping is available to orders that qualify that exceed $400 CAD (before shipping cost).

Items will be shipped out using Canada Post and will be delivered to you from one of their affiliate partners around the world.
Where will my order ship from?
Unless otherwise clearly and obviously stated on the product page, your order will ship from Victoria, BC, Canada.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a Canada Post tracking number via your chosen contact method once your order has been shipped.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For orders within Canada, it varies depending on whether you live in a major city or not and how far you are from Victoria on the Pacific coast. All major cities in Canada should typically receive their order within 7 business days, with the time shortening the nearer you are to Victoria and hubs like Toronto.
Rural locations (if you have a 0 in your postal code) should add at least two or more days to the shipping time.
Postal service delays can happen: backlogs, weather, labour issues. We and Canada Post appreciate your understanding.
For those outside of Canada, it is difficult to provide accurate shipping expectations. Customs at international borders can delay the shipments substantially or not at all, and varies widely country to country.
If you need your order by a given date, please contact us and we can better estimate a likely arrival time for you.
What if I want my order Express shipped?
At checkout, when possible Canadian customers will have the option to select an express shipping method. Faster shipping costs significantly more so you will be required to pay the additional cost of the faster shipping service. This applies to all orders, regardless of total.
