It's hard to recollect now, but the creation of this cigar blend changed the cigar world. At the time of it's release in the late 90's, producing a cigar with a nicotine strength and bold flavour profile using as much ligero tobaccos as is found here, was unheard of. As it slowly gained popularity, it kicked off a fundamental shift in consumer tastes and what cigar manufacturers were willing to produce.
The Gran Reserva version of the Antano takes it's rugged character and elevates the experience using select top grade tobaccos, which are then aged for an extended period to deliver a more refined, smooth and polished version of the original.
The Gran Reserva has a spicy and robust flavour profile of pepper, leather, wood and a earthy core.
