Update: Jan 5th / 2026 - All US orders will be shipped via Canada Post / United States Postal Service. It appears our new implementations in response to the current system established in September are working as expected.
Duty total will be visible and collected at checkout. We remit the duty on your behalf via CanadaPost.
At this time, we have not had any issues with recipients being charged additional duty upon arrival or other issues affecting delivery.

As of September 1st, 2025, there is new US legislation regarding shipments coming into the country.
All shipments imported into the US, regardless of value or where they are shipped from, will be subject to all applicable duties, tariffs and taxes.
The rates are set via the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), including the General duty, International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) tariffs, or any other applicable levies.
Currently, the duty will be administered and collected via the shipping carrier.
The additional duty cost is not included in our shipping cost, but a brokerage fee has been added.
We have worked to have the duty charges displayed as an additional line item in US customer order summaries. We haven't encountered many issues but we may need to contact you regarding a surcharge or error.
If at the time of us booking your order shipment, additional duty is required by the US government, we will contact you for payment for the remaining order balance before shipping.
Any order can be canceled prior to shipping to receive a full refund.
At this time, although we haven't had any issues with the recipient getting charged any additional fees, in such a case they are responsible for paying any additional required customs/tariffs fees or duties that may incur at the time of delivery.
If you choose to refuse the order at the time of delivery due to excess import fees, you are accepting that you will NOT be refunded until such a time that your order has been returned to us. Once we have received the returned order, we will refund for the value of the contents, minus any shipping/return shipping costs.
We understand that this is a challenging time to navigate, and we appreciate giving our customers an opportunity to make an informed decision in light of the new US legislation regarding tariffs and duties.
We successfully added clear cost visibility and integrated it into order checkout for our USA customers. However as the situation is volatile and still evolving, we thank you for your understanding and patience if an issue arises.
