The Casa Turrent Serie 1880 Oscuro is a full-bodied premium Mexican puro that's made entirely from their own vintage San Andres Habano Criollo tobacco that are all grown and aged in Mexico.
The wrappers are aged for 5 years and the filler and binder is aged for 8 to 12 years. It features big rich notes of leather, almond, black pepper, and dark chocolate, with subtle notes of vanilla and bright citrus.
Alejandro established a new small scale factory with a few dozen rollers to craft the 1880 series of cigars, and each vitola is produced by a single pair of rollers.
The 1880 series explores the distinct tastes of different wrappers with Claro, Colorado, Maduro and Oscuro versions combined with different fillers that best enhance the wrapper profile.
