As the name suggests, the Coloss series is a line of extra large pipes with large bowls.
This version is made from attractive ash wood with a dark and rich brown applied.
Inside the bowl you'll find an insert made of graphite, obtained from compressed carbon. Kopp's own modern innovation, it is fireproof, neutral in taste, never becomes hot and can be cleaned effortlessly, while eliminating a need for a protective layer of carbon build up.
Rattray's traces it's origins to 1903 in Perth, Scotland. Known for producing famed tobaccos and eventually diving into the pipe making business, they offer great quality and handsome pipe designs.
Currently, under the helm of Oliver Kopp they've established themselves as one of the premiere pipe brands and introduced innovations into pipe smoking.
