Dapper Cigar Co. – Siempre Sun Grown (Toro)
Dapper Cigar Co. is a boutique brand from Fresno, California. Crafting their cigars in Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic, they are known for their small batch craft approach, and meticulous quality control. This 6 1/8 x 50 toro features an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper (supplied by Oliva), a Connecticut Broadleaf binder, and Nicaraguan and Honduran fillers, giving it a med/full-bodied flavour profile of dark woods, damp earthiness, toasted bread, roasted nuts, baking spices, and a hint of black pepper.
Lampert – Ocean Breeze (Robusto Grande)
Austrian Lawyer Dr. Stefan Lampert began exploring blending and crafting cigars for his personal enjoyment, and decided to launch Lampert Cigars as a boutique cigar company. Handcrafted in Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic, his range of cigars expands to several lines. This 5 x 54 Ocean Breeze Robusto Grande is unique in that it features an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper and binder, as well as Costa Rican, Nicaraguan and Peruvian fillers, giving it a mild/medium-bodied profile of light woods, buttery pastry, toasted nuttiness, damp earth, new leather, sea salt, and white pepper.
Espinosa – Knuckle Sandwich Habano (Toro)
Erik Espinosa, a master cigar blender from Nicaragua, teamed up with celebrity chef and cigar aficionado Guy Fieri to come up with this Knuckle Sandwich Blend collaboration, rolled at the A.J. Fernandez Factory in Nicaragua. Featuring an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, and all Nicaraguan binder and fillers, this 6 x 54 toro has a medium-bodied flavour profile of cream, cedar, roasted pistachios and almonds, leather, and subtle accents of smoky hickory, and white pepper.
Esteban Carreras – Chupa Cabra Hellcat (Box-Pressed Robusto Grande)
Esteban Carreras cigars are a boutique premium cigar brand from Nicaragua, known for their complex full-bodied and multi-origin blends. This Chupa Cabra Hellcat is a 5 ½ x 54 Box-Pressed Robusto Grande, featuring a Mexican San Andres wrapper, and all Nicaraguan binder and fillers, giving the cigar a robust, full-bodied, complex profile of rich, dark earth, aged leather, black tea, cocoa powder, espresso, and black pepper.
La Galera – 1936 Box-Pressed Pegador (Corona Grande)
La Galera cigars was founded by Jochy Blanco in 2016, from the parent company Tabacalera Palma which was started in 1936 in the Dominican Republic. The 1936 Box-Pressed Pegador was blended to honour the 1936 opening of Tabacalera Palma. It is a 5 ½ x 46 Box-Pressed Corona, featuring an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, and all Dominican binder and fillers, giving the cigar a medium-bodied, rich profile of woods, earth, cocoa powder, leather, espresso, sweet cinnamon, and red and white pepper spice.
