The Ronson JetLite series is a great value entry level refillable butane torch lighter. The lighter features a lid to protect the jet from dirt and a clean, streamlined look.  Even with the low cost, it has been proven to be a pretty reliable lighter.  The ignition button on the Ronson is a bit more firm than some other options, and might not be suitable for those with weak hand strength or arthritis.
